BY downloading "CyberTypicon", YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PROMPTLY CEASE ALL FURTHER INSTALLATION and USE OF "CyberTypicon" AND, IF ALREADY INSTALLED, REMOVE "CyberTypicon" FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

Pursuant to relevant national and international copyright laws, LICENSEE may not copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, modify, ADAPT OR create derivative works based on the computer code of "CyberTypicon", except with written permission from Reverend Peter Boutros.
"CyberTypicon" IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Reverend Peter Boutros shall not be held liable for any damage whatsoever, resulting from the use of "CyberTypicon".
By downloading "CyberTypicon" you acknowledge that you read this Agreement in full, has fully understood its terms and agrees to be bound thereby.
